Buyer seeks a provider to deliver self-sufficiency activity coordination and services for Ohio Works First (OWF) cash recipients. The services include vocational assessment, barrier identification, work activity assignment, and participation monitoring. Buyer requires comprehensive case management with a focus on moving participants toward self-sufficiency through employment, training, and barrier removal services. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with four one-year renewal options.

• Program manager must have two years' experience managing a similar program
• Provider must complete criminal record checks on all assigned staff
• Provider must secure Central Registry report for all staff
• Must have capacity to maintain detailed case records and documentation

• Provide comprehensive vocational assessments for all OWF participants
• Identify barriers to employment and coordinate services for barrier removal
• Assign participants to appropriate work activities that meet federal guidelines
• Monitor and report participation to ensure compliance with federal standards
• Develop work experience sites with community businesses and organizations
• Deliver structured job readiness training programs and support services
• Provide transportation assistance to participants for work activities
• Coordinate childcare solutions to enable participation in work activities
• Determine good cause for non-participation according to county guidelines
• Maintain detailed case management records and documentation for all participants
