Buyer is seeking a food service provider to prepare three daily meals for residents at two wellness facilities and implement a culinary arts training program. Services include menu development, food preparation, and serving meals to approximately 336 residents at Riverview Wellness Village and 312 residents at Philly Home at Girard. The provider will be responsible for managing kitchen operations and training residents in culinary skills to prepare them for employment in food service. This contract supports the buyer's Wellness Ecosystem initiative addressing substance use disorder and homelessness.

• Create nutritionally balanced, culturally appropriate menus in compliance with Philadelphia Nutrition Standards
• Source cost-competitive, fresh ingredients to produce meals from scratch
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure safe, sanitary food preparation conditions
• Oversee serving line, dining room and manage hospitality during mealtimes
• Provide ServSafe certification for staff and culinary trainees
• Develop and implement system for consumer feedback on food services
• Maintain compliance with City's Licensing & Inspections Department requirements
