Buyer is seeking professional SCADA controls specialist services for a full system upgrade of all wastewater SCADA controls. The project covers seven wastewater pump stations and one primary treatment plant consisting of two buildings. The current infrastructure is beyond its serviceable life and needs replacement. Buyer aims to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and remote monitoring capabilities of their wastewater system.

• SCADA system design, integration, and implementation for municipal wastewater facilities
• Experience with leading PLC and HMI software platforms
• Networking and cybersecurity best practices for SCADA systems
• Compliance with EPA, NIST, and local regulatory requirements
• Training and support for utility operators and technical staff

• Assessment of existing SCADA infrastructure, hardware, software, and network configurations
• Development of specifications for SCADA system enhancements
• Design of hardware and software architecture to meet operational needs
• Integration of new and existing equipment into the SCADA network
• Development and configuration of HMIs, PLCs, and RTUs
