Buyer is seeking a qualified IT services provider to deliver comprehensive managed IT support to a municipal government serving 4,500 residents. The contract will cover helpdesk services, server management, network maintenance, cybersecurity, and technology planning across multiple city departments. Buyer requires both remote and on-site support with 24/7 monitoring capabilities for critical infrastructure. The selected vendor will need to maintain approximately 30 endpoints, manage two servers, and ensure minimal network downtime.

- Minimum 10 years experience providing services to municipal clients
- Currently serving at least five Michigan municipal clients
- Staff located within 2-hour driving distance from Dexter
- All employees must be US-based and pass background checks
- Ability to provide emergency on-site support within one business day
- Provide helpdesk support with remote and on-site assistance
- Manage server infrastructure and network security
- Deliver 24/7 system monitoring and disaster recovery services
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions with vulnerability testing
- Assist with hardware purchasing and technology planning
- Support BS&A, ESRI, Microsoft Office and other municipal applications
- Provide endpoint management for 30+ devices across multiple locations
- Maintain network architecture with minimal downtime (1 hour max)
- Ensure data backup with offsite storage capabilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmap for long-term improvements
