The contract will cover helpdesk services, server management, network maintenance, cybersecurity, and technology planning across multiple city departments. Buyer requires both remote and on-site support with 24/7 monitoring capabilities for critical infrastructure. The selected vendor will need to maintain approximately 30 endpoints, manage two servers, and ensure minimal network downtime.

• Minimum 10 years experience providing services to municipal clients
• Currently serving at least five Michigan municipal clients
• Staff located within 2-hour driving distance from Dexter
• All employees must be US-based and pass background checks
• Ability to provide emergency on-site support within one business day

• Provide helpdesk support with remote and on-site assistance
• Manage server infrastructure and network security
• Deliver 24/7 system monitoring and disaster recovery services
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions with vulnerability testing
• Assist with hardware purchasing and technology planning
• Support BS&A, ESRI, Microsoft Office and other municipal applications
• Provide endpoint management for 30+ devices across multiple locations
• Maintain network architecture with minimal downtime (1 hour max)
• Ensure data backup with offsite storage capabilities
• Develop strategic technology roadmap for long-term improvements
