Project A requires program management and CMEI services for approximately 200 traffic signals with an estimated $75M budget. Project B focuses on CMEI services for the Linfield Road pedestrian bridge over UPRR and other pedestrian improvements with an estimated $10M budget. This is step one of a two-step RFQ/RFP process.

• Conduct engineering inspections for traffic signal projects
• Manage CMEI services for Linfield Road pedestrian bridge over UPRR
• Oversee pedestrian improvement projects throughout Dallas
• Coordinate with Union Pacific Railroad for bridge construction
• Ensure compliance with city engineering standards
• Perform project scheduling and timeline management
