Buyer seeks engineering services for water system improvements. The project involves replacing and installing approximately 33,000 LF of water mains to address leaks, breaks, and hydraulic difficulties. The new water mains will eliminate dead ends to improve water quality. The project will also rehabilitate an existing booster pump station to increase efficiency.

• Principal must have minimum three years experience with federal/state programs
• Firm must have successfully provided engineering services for three similar projects
• No unresolved audit exceptions relative to engineering services
• Submit references from minimum three previous clients

• Design water main replacements for approximately 33,000 LF of piping
• Install new 4", 6", and 8" water mains
• Rehabilitate an existing booster pump station
• Eliminate dead ends within the distribution system
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure improvements
• Create construction drawings and specifications
• Obtain necessary permits for the project
• Develop bidding procedures and documents
• Recommend construction contractor selection
• Provide construction inspection services
