Buyer seeks to implement a commercial user-friendly, flexible, configurable, and scalable enterprise learning management system based on Cornerstone OnDemand. The work includes enterprise licensing, configuration, integration, implementation, security and sustainment of the LMS solution across the Judiciary. The system will create separate portals allowing each program office to manage users and training content within their specific domain. Buyer requires the system to be available 24/7 with robust reporting tools and integration with existing systems.

• FedRAMP Moderate level certification or willingness to undergo AOUSC security assessments
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand software suite
• Project Manager must have PMP Certification
• Ten years experience managing similar projects

• Implement and configure Cornerstone OnDemand LMS across the Judiciary
• Develop custom user portals for different program offices
• Integrate with JENIE, Blackboard, Skillsoft, and HRMIS systems
• Create customized learning paths and training curricula
• Establish security compliance at FedRAMP Moderate level
• Migrate existing training database and educational assets
• Implement single sign-on (SSO) with SAML
• Develop role-based administrative capabilities for different domains
• Configure robust reporting and analytics tools
• Provide ongoing Tier 3 help desk support
