Buyer seeks a vendor to provide a family and community engagement program for all grade levels Pre-K through 12th. The program must foster school-parent community partnerships to improve student achievement across all UISD campuses. Vendor must provide Trainer of Trainer sessions with evidence-based modules that empower parents with parenting and leadership skills. The curriculum must be interactive, bilingual, and differentiated for elementary, middle, and high school levels.

• Provide Trainer of Trainer (TOT) sessions to develop family engagement
• Deliver evidence-based parent engagement modules and workshops
• Develop bilingual interactive curriculum and resource materials
• Train parents on state academic standards and assessment requirements
• Provide tools for identifying effective parenting styles
• Train parents on goal-setting for children's academic success
• Educate parents on post-secondary education and job skills
• Address child/teen pressures including mental health and social media
• Establish campus/district-wide parent advisory councils
• Develop culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate engagement activities
