Buyer seeks Construction Management at Risk services for continuing contracts in the Northwest Florida Region. Buyer requires firms with relevant experience in remodeling and repairing existing occupied buildings, including tenant improvements, mechanical and electrical upgrades, re-glazing, and water-proofing. The construction values range from less than $100,000 up to $7,500,000, with potential for larger projects. Buyer will select qualified firms through a two-phase evaluation process including preliminary screening and interviews.

- Licensed contractor pursuant to section 489.113, Florida Statutes
- Ability to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds of $7,500,000 per project
- Not on Suspended, Convicted, Antitrust Violator, Discriminatory, or Forced Labor Vendor Lists
- Registered with Florida Department of State if corporation or joint venture
- Perform pre-construction services for building projects
- Manage remodeling of existing occupied buildings
- Coordinate tenant improvements in state facilities
- Upgrade mechanical and electrical building systems
- Perform re-glazing and water-proofing of exterior building envelopes
- Provide construction management for projects ranging from $100,000 to $7,500,000
- Recruit and manage multiple qualified subcontractors
- Ensure workers meet FDLE criminal history background checks
- Provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds
- Manage construction site mobilization and scheduling
- Develop effective bid marketplace efforts
- Maintain project budget controls
- Implement project management systems
- Conduct preconstruction phase planning
- Complete new freestanding buildings
- Execute major additions and renovations
- Maintain project schedules throughout construction
- Coordinate with architects and engineers
- Provide financial capacity appropriate to project scope
- Maintain on-site construction phase staffing
