Buyer seeks professional engineering services for the rehabilitation of water storage tanks. The scope includes engineering evaluations, studies, reports, preliminary engineering, design, bid support, construction oversight, and project management. Multiple consultants may be selected to provide these services on an as-needed basis. The work involves civil, structural, electrical engineering, instrumentation and controls, surveying, permitting, and other necessary services.

• Professional Engineer(s) licensed in the State of Texas
• Project Manager must be a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas

• Evaluate and inspect existing water storage tanks
• Develop preliminary engineering and design recommendations
• Prepare detailed design documents for tank rehabilitation
• Provide bid phase support and contractor evaluation
• Conduct construction phase oversight and quality assurance
• Perform geotechnical investigations and field surveys
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for permitting
• Create detailed cost estimates at various design stages
• Develop construction sequencing and implementation schedules
• Prepare record drawings and project closeout documentation
