Buyer seeks a consultant to provide a coordinated system of Program Quality Improvement, Capacity Building, and Technical Assistance for Washington state's 21st Century Community Learning Centers program. The contractor will implement a Quality Improvement System and deliver ongoing support to approximately 45 grantees operating 115 sites. Services include coordinating professional development events, providing coaching, facilitating learning communities, and supporting program implementation. The contract will help ensure delivery of high-quality out-of-school time programs that improve academic performance and student outcomes.

  • Coordinate Program Director/Evaluator meetings for compliance and capacity building
  • Conduct research and reporting on program effectiveness and participant satisfaction
