• Minimum of three years' experience developing, deploying, hosting data management system processing 800,000-1,000,000 records annually

• Develop, host, and administer automated client visit-specific data management system
• Securely process 800,000-1,000,000 clinic visit records annually
• Create data collection forms and file specifications for agencies
• Implement field-specific editing specifications to ensure data accuracy
• Develop standardized, ad hoc, and custom reports for agencies and DOH
• Establish secure website with role-specific user access
• Maintain minimum five-year active database with secure backups
• Provide training and technical support for FPP agencies
• Meet HIPAA and NYS security requirements for sensitive health data
• Create transition plans for contract start and end periods
