Buyer seeks qualified responders to develop a statewide scalable asynchronous professional development module for early childhood education professionals. The module will target professionals in leadership roles supporting both general and special education settings. Content will focus on three main topics: Early Childhood Education Policy, Early Intervention/Special Education policy, and disability justice and ableism. The module will be housed in the buyer's Canvas learning management system.

• Develop self-paced interactive asynchronous online learning module on three specified topics
• Create a sample schedule/pacing guide with discussion questions
• Include supplemental resources like podcasts that correlate with module topics
• Develop a facilitation guide for Communities of Practice or PLCs
• Include 2-hours of disability justice content presented by person with disability
• Embed trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices throughout materials
• Create detailed outline of module structure with learning outcomes
• Conduct pilot testing with diverse early childhood leaders
• Align module with five different education standards and competencies
• Ensure all materials comply with state/federal accessibility standards
