Buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Content Filtering, ChromeOS Device Monitoring, Student Traffic Analysis, and Related Services. The solution will filter and moderate internet traffic on student Chromebooks, allowing the buyer to apply access policies with targeted exceptions. Currently using GoGuardian's Suite, buyer will consider either renewal of existing solution or analogous solutions with similar capabilities. The project is filed under the USAC Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program.

• Must follow USAC Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program guidelines
• Must provide analytics and reporting capabilities
• Must meet KIPP DC's insurance requirements

• Provide content filtering for student internet traffic on Chromebooks
• Monitor and identify student activity patterns
• Configure filtering based on Google Organizational Unit
• Enable teacher monitoring of Google Classroom defined groups
• Support customizable filtering by category and specific URL
• Provide administrator training and manage user adoption
• Supply licenses for approximately 7500 students
• Route concerning student activity for staff intervention
• Support multiple browsers including Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
• Fulfill USAC Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program requirements
