- Firm must have successfully completed at least 3 similar projects
- No unresolved audit exceptions related to engineering services
- Must provide 3 references from previous clients
- Clean wells using Twin Disc Surge Method
- Replace pumps and motors in Wells #5 and #6
- Replace existing check valves
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure improvements
- Develop construction drawings and specifications
- Obtain necessary permits for project implementation
- Prepare bidding documents and procedures
- Recommend qualified construction contractor
- Perform construction inspection during implementation
- Provide engineering inspection/reporting during construction
