• Experience in HVAC training and working with young adult demographic
• Ability to provide hands-on HVAC technical training
• Experience delivering wraparound services tailored to young adults
• Capacity to track and report program data
• Ability to coordinate with multiple program partners

• Design young adult outreach and recruitment strategy targeting ages 18-24
• Deliver HVAC and heat pump technical training with soft skills development
• Secure engagement with HVAC employers for mentorship and work-based learning
• Administer participant stipends during training program
• Provide youth-specific case management and wraparound services
• Track participant data and report program outcomes
• Coordinate with DRCOG Green Workforce Hubs and other programs
• Oversee training guidance and curriculum implementation
• Facilitate follow-up services for at least 6 months post-completion
• Develop comprehensive program review for continuous improvement
