Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to implement a secondary data center that will serve as a Disaster Recovery site. The solution must replicate the County's primary data center design using Cisco UCS servers, VMware virtualization, and Pure Storage systems. • Five years experience providing Enterprise Private Cloud Disaster Recovery Services
• Adhere to all current applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Acquire all required products from an authorized reseller
• Have sufficient staff to carry the project on needed time
• Provide references for three similar implementations in past five years

• Review primary data center design and create matching DR site setup
• Install and configure Cisco UCS servers and Fabric Interconnects
• Set up VMware ESXi and vCenter for the DR environment
• Configure Pure Storage systems and connect to virtualization environment
• Establish data replication from primary site and test backup/restoration
• Perform test recoveries or failovers to confirm DR site readiness
• Deliver comprehensive documentation for all installed systems and configurations
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions for County IT staff
• Coordinate work across all vendors ensuring system integration
• Submit final project deliverables and obtain formal customer signoff
