Buyer seeks qualified consultants to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for Underground Utility Services with a Negotiated Fee and Guaranteed Maximum compensation. The scope includes both new construction and repair of existing underground utility systems comprising stormwater, sanitary sewer, potable water, and reclaimed water systems. The contractor will manage potential impacts of underground utility work including traffic control, night work lighting, dewatering, demolition, and restoration of surface features. Projects may or may not include plans and specifications.

• Manage all aspects of underground utility projects
• Implement traffic control during underground utility work
• Provide lighting for night work
• Conduct dewatering operations
• Perform demolition as required
• Restore surface features including roadways and sidewalks
• Repair and rehabilitate existing underground utility systems
• Install new underground utility systems
• Restore curb and gutter following utility work
• Manage projects with or without provided plans and specifications
