• Develop ADA kayak launch design and accessible paving at Richards Park
• Redesign tennis courts into pickleball and tennis courts at McGraft Park

• Design automated entry gate system for Kruse Park
• Assess and improve boat launch infrastructure at Hartshorn Park
• Create accessible fishing area at Hartshorn Park
• Conduct site assessment and topographic surveys as needed
• Prepare detailed engineering designs incorporating sustainable principles
• Manage permitting processes with regulatory agencies
