Buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a new Homeless Management Information System Solution. The solution must be cloud-based or SaaS delivered over the internet to support data collection and reporting for homeless services. Buyer requires a solution that meets HUD requirements and can serve approximately 400 peak-hour concurrent users. The system must facilitate coordinated entry processes and provide advanced reporting capabilities.
