• Provide unlimited basic content and page edits
• Implement uptime monitoring with alerts for outages
• Ensure 12-24 hour turnaround on standard update requests
• Maintain 12-24 hour response time for service inquiries
• Perform weekly backups with 12-week retention
• Manage SSL certificate renewals and security monitoring
• Conduct site speed monitoring
