Buyer is seeking qualified firms to design, develop, implement, and maintain a robust, accessible, and modern website platform. The project requires sealed bids to be submitted to the Will County Purchasing Department. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via Webex platform before the proposal due date. Buyer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals received.

• Design a robust, accessible and modern website platform
• Develop the website platform to meet county requirements
• Implement the completed website solution
• Provide ongoing maintenance of the website platform
• Ensure website accessibility compliance standards are met
• Participate in pre-bid conference via Webex platform
• Submit sealed proposal with 10% bid bond
• Coordinate with Will County Purchasing Department for project details
