• Create loan applications and closing documents for three loan programs
• Establish borrower accounts and servicing mechanisms
• Collect loan repayments and handle deposit procedures
• Complete credit evaluations of applicants
• Close approved loans with proper documentation
• Issue loan commitment letters within five business days
• Generate pay-off statements and send discharge notices
• Evaluate UST applicants for deferment eligibility
• Recommend payback schedules for deferred payments
• Assist with standing up a new Dam Safety revolving loan fund
• File/release liens for loans
• Ensure asset security and appropriate insurance is obtained
• Work with borrowers on loan modifications as necessary
• Deposit principal and interest from loan repayments
• Establish collections/charge-off procedures
• Provide approval letters to applicants
• Conduct financial reviews for the UST deferment program
• Evaluate applicants' ability to pay required deductibles
• Submit formal reports with deferment recommendations
• Work with non-bankable clients requiring financial assistance
