Buyer is seeking professional engineering services for stormwater planning and engineering. The scope includes three main tasks: MS4 permit compliance, stormwater asset management program development, and general stormwater planning and engineering for future projects. Buyer is currently in year 7 of the 2017 NH MS4 permit and requires assistance with mapping requirements, IDDE program implementation, and maintaining documentation.

• Project Team Manager must be registered professional engineer in NH
• Firm must be licensed to practice engineering in NH

• Fulfill MS4 permit requirements under Clean Water Act
• Complete Phase I and Phase II mapping of stormwater infrastructure
• Implement illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE) program
• Develop stormwater asset management program
• Assess criticality of stormwater assets
• Develop life cycle cost analysis for stormwater infrastructure
• Create financial implementation plan for maintenance and replacement
• Respond to inquiries about MS4 permit requirements
• Aid in preparation of documentation and annual reports
• Conduct dry-weather outfall screening and sampling
• Perform wet weather screening and catchment investigations
• Assess system vulnerability factors
• Develop Level of Service Plan
• Create communication plan for asset management program
• Train Town staff on using and maintaining the program
• Design future capital stormwater projects
• Coordinate with Town officials on project focus areas
• Gather stormwater asset inventory and condition assessment data
• Track upcoming permit deadlines and renewals
• Attend Town meetings to discuss progress
