Buyer seeks qualified vendor to strengthen and expand their 50/50 Dual Language Program. The program currently serves approximately 700 Multilingual Learners in grades K-5 across 17 schools with 50 teachers. Buyer requires comprehensive professional development, instructional coaching, classroom walkthroughs, and expert consultation aligned with best practices in dual language education. Services should promote bilingualism, biliteracy, and effective teaching within a dual language immersion model.

• Evidence of providing similar services for minimum five years
• Three recommendation letters from public/private school districts in New Jersey
• Copies of professional or educational licenses required for services

• Provide professional development for dual language educators
• Conduct instructional coaching for approximately 50 teachers
• Implement classroom walkthroughs with actionable feedback
• Support cross-linguistic transfer and translanguaging strategies
• Facilitate collaboration meetings with Bilingual Department staff
• Develop strategies for vocabulary development across two languages
• Provide guidance on biliteracy instructional strategies
• Support assessment of academic achievement and linguistic progress
• Assist with program evaluation and dual language assessment
• Develop leadership capacity for dual language program success
