Buyer seeks to procure special education services for incarcerated students in Maryland correctional facilities. Services include providing a School Psychologist and Licensed Counselors to deliver mandated services outlined in IDEA and COMAR regulations. Personnel will provide counseling, assessments, IEP development, and 504 Plan services for approximately 85 students with IEPs or 504 Plans and 40 students owed compensatory services.

• Provide in-person counseling services to students with IEPs and 504 Plans
• Conduct psychological assessments and write comprehensive reports
• Develop IEP PLAAFPs, goals, objectives, and related services
• Observe students in correctional facilities and document findings
• Attend IEP meetings and interpret assessment results
• Create and update 504 Plans for eligible students
• Document counseling sessions on MOIEP system
• Collaborate with education staff and DPSCS stakeholders
• Provide compensatory counseling services to eligible students
• Measure student progress tri-annually and document on MOIEP
