Buyer is seeking a consultant to provide multimedia and creative services under a retainer contract. The purpose is to produce multimedia content including videos, animation, graphics, and photos to illustrate communication content for use on social media, newsletters, website, and other platforms. The project will be completed in 24 months with possible two-year extension. The consultant will support buyer's internal and external strategic plans with high-quality visuals.
