Buyer is seeking information from qualified vendors with experience establishing and operating entity-owned in-house pharmacies. Vendors must use Lane County-provided data sets to evaluate and create a pro forma or similar report. The RFI is issued by the Federally Qualified Health Centers of Lane County. Vendors must sign an attestation that prohibits using shared data for any purpose other than responding to this RFI.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience establishing and operating an entity-owned in-house pharmacy
