Buyer seeks a qualified company to provide NCCER training services for its staff. The training focuses on heavy equipment operation including backhoes and excavators. Buyer requires a five-year contract with option for one additional three-year term. The training program consists of 200 total hours of instruction divided into two sections covering various NCCER modules.

- Must be NCCER accredited and certified to administer all NCCER training courses
- Proven experience administering training classes with three references required
- Provide NCCER-accredited training for heavy equipment operation
- Conduct classroom and performance evaluations following NCCER standards
- Develop 200-hour training program with Section A and B modules
- Offer testing options allowing students to opt out of classroom portions
- Provide certified trainers, proctors, and evaluators for in-person training
- Maintain student records electronically for minimum three years
- Conduct initial audit of ECWA's training unit per NCCER guidelines
- Schedule training between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday
- Accommodate flexible scheduling with 14-day change/cancellation policy
- Issue NCCER credentials to all ECWA staff completing the program
