Buyer seeks qualified vendors to provide Information Technology and Web Support Services. The services include proactive Help Desk support and onsite assistance for approximately 25 PCs, 5 laptops, and 1 server across multiple locations. Buyer requires comprehensive IT maintenance covering emergency support, system updates, security, network maintenance, helpdesk, and website management. The initial contract will be for one year with options to renew for two additional years.

• Must be qualified, licensed and insured
• Demonstrate ability to provide strategic recommendations
• Experience with similar services and public sector clients

• Provide emergency IT support 24/7 for critical incidents
• Perform system updates and security patching
• Monitor and optimize network and system performance
• Manage data backup and disaster recovery
• Deliver comprehensive cybersecurity services
• Maintain network equipment including switches, firewalls, and routers
• Operate helpdesk for user support and troubleshooting
• Manage software licensing and compliance
• Conduct IT asset inventory and management
• Design and manage EHA website
• Provide strategic IT consulting and planning
• Perform periodic system audits for compliance
• Configure remote access in secure environment
• Maintain email accounts and security
• Provide server and workstation administrative services
• Deliver web support services including design and troubleshooting
• Conduct periodic security audits
• Document network configurations and maintenance activities
• Assess system architecture for efficiency and capacity
• Recommend future technology purchases and upgrades
