Buyer seeks IT support services for the Transportation Security Laboratory. The services include helpdesk support, network administration, software/database development, and special projects. Buyer requires personnel with security clearances to support laboratory operations at their Atlantic City facility. The contract will maintain IT infrastructure critical to buyer's mission of advancing detection technology for homeland security.

• Provide IT helpdesk support for workstations, software, network connectivity issues
• Configure and maintain multiple secure networks and network storage systems
• Develop custom software, databases, and SharePoint solutions
• Support advanced AI/ML infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, and GPU systems
• Maintain high-performance computing clusters and automate computational job scheduling
• Perform data migration, recovery, and secure handling of classified information
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security compliance
• Develop synthetic image generation tools using AI for X-ray security applications
• Maintain VTC and presentation systems throughout TSL campus
• Provide Linux administration including container-based development environments
