The contract will cover miscellaneous engineering services for the water and sewer systems. Buyer intends to establish contracts with multiple firms on a task order basis. The work is time-sensitive in nature, which would generally preclude procurement on a project-by-project basis.

- Evaluate contractor bids and coordinate change orders
- Obtain regulatory permits and approvals
- Prepare property easement plats
