- Three years experience providing HIV prevention services
- At least one staff person trained in HIV education and counseling
- Knowledge of HIV, STDs, and service provision to underserved populations
- Experience implementing and evaluating special projects or interventions
- Knowledge of the community/area(s) to be served
- Tax-exempt organization status (nonprofit community-based organization)
- Establish new community HIV testing sites with partner organizations
- Provide integrated screening for HIV, STIs, Hepatitis, TB, and MPox
- Link HIV-positive individuals to medical care within 10 days of diagnosis
- Implement a PrEP Navigation Program within six months
- Promote PrEP/PEP awareness and refer 90% of clients to services
- Conduct needs assessments for newly diagnosed individuals
- Recruit organizations to become condom distribution sites
- Partner with nontraditional locations like libraries for outreach testing
- Submit electronic HIV testing data monthly
- Implement CDC social marketing campaigns to reduce HIV stigma
