• Three years experience providing HIV prevention services
• At least one staff person trained in HIV education and counseling
• Knowledge of HIV, STDs, and service provision to underserved populations
• Experience implementing and evaluating special projects or interventions
• Knowledge of the community/area(s) to be served
• Tax-exempt organization status (nonprofit community-based organization)

• Establish new community HIV testing sites with partner organizations
• Provide integrated screening for HIV, STIs, Hepatitis, TB, and MPox
• Link HIV-positive individuals to medical care within 10 days of diagnosis
• Implement a PrEP Navigation Program within six months
• Promote PrEP/PEP awareness and refer 90% of clients to services
• Conduct needs assessments for newly diagnosed individuals
• Recruit organizations to become condom distribution sites
• Partner with nontraditional locations like libraries for outreach testing
• Submit electronic HIV testing data monthly
• Implement CDC social marketing campaigns to reduce HIV stigma
