- 3+ years experience providing HIV prevention services
- Staff trained in HIV education, counseling, and linkage to care
- Knowledge of the rural communities to be served
- Experience implementing and evaluating special projects
- Expertise in innovative outreach strategies for priority populations
- Establish new community HIV testing sites in rural counties
- Provide integrated screening for HIV, STIs, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, and MPox
- Link HIV+ individuals to medical care within 10 days of diagnosis
- Implement PrEP navigation program within six months of contract award
- Recruit organizations to become condom distribution sites
- Provide HIV risk reduction counseling and PrEP referrals
- Incorporate harm reduction education into testing events
- Develop partnerships for PEP services for HIV exposure
- Establish partnerships with HBCUs for outreach efforts
- Create innovative testing approaches in nontraditional locations
