• Must be a tax-exempt organization such as a nonprofit CBO
• 3+ years experience providing HIV prevention services
• Staff trained in HIV education, counseling, and linkage to care
• Knowledge of the rural communities to be served
• Experience implementing and evaluating special projects
• Expertise in innovative outreach strategies for priority populations

• Establish new community HIV testing sites in rural counties
• Provide integrated screening for HIV, STIs, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, and MPox
• Link HIV+ individuals to medical care within 10 days of diagnosis
• Implement PrEP navigation program within six months of contract award
• Recruit organizations to become condom distribution sites
• Provide HIV risk reduction counseling and PrEP referrals
• Incorporate harm reduction education into testing events
• Develop partnerships for PEP services for HIV exposure
• Establish partnerships with HBCUs for outreach efforts
• Create innovative testing approaches in nontraditional locations
