• Experience with multi-lingual, multi-cultural students
• Ability to provide training in English and Spanish
• Three to five years experience with municipal training programs

• Provide Deleader Worker and Supervisor training for 100 low-income individuals
• Coordinate medical clearance applications with qualified healthcare organization
• Conduct medical tests required for Massachusetts Deleader licensing
• Provide training in both English and Spanish based on enrollee needs
• Screen participants for eligibility and document compliance
• Assist with obtaining Massachusetts Deleader licenses
• Provide job counseling and placement services for graduates
• Submit quarterly progress reports on training and employment status
• Escort graduates to medical screening appointments
• Follow up on employment status through December 2028
