Buyer seeks architectural services to update existing plans and prepare drawings and specifications for completing an unfinished courtroom in the Fredericksburg Courthouse. The courthouse was opened in 2014 with one of the General District Court courtrooms left as a 'warm, lit shell' to save costs. Buyer now requires an architect to update specifications for the 2,776 SF unfinished courtroom to match existing facilities. Project implementation is planned for FY 2027.
