Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide professional Engineering services for Solid Waste Management. Services include alternative energy facilities, landfill closure design, contamination evaluation, recycling facilities design, retrofit of existing facilities, landfill gas systems, leachate collection, and solid waste accounting. The selected consultant must demonstrate expertise in solid waste management systems and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• 7/9/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Design and permit alternative energy facilities including landfill gas and waste-to-energy systems
• Prepare landfill closure design plans for Class I and Class III landfills
• Create and implement contamination remediation plans with regulatory consent order resolution
• Design public drop-off and recycling facilities including feasibility studies
• Retrofit existing leachate management and landfill gas systems
• Design and manage landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS)
• Develop leachate collection, pumping, and disposal systems with on-site pre-treatment capabilities
• Design geomembrane and composite lining systems with leak detection capabilities
• Provide solid waste accounting services including financial assurance reporting
• Prepare landfill expansion feasibility studies and innovative waste reduction programs
