Buyer seeks qualified contractors to design, install and maintain physical security and video surveillance systems across multiple facilities. Buyer plans to transition approximately 65 locations to the Lenel system supporting 73+ controllers, 850+ card access readers, and 1700+ cameras. Buyer intends to award multiple contracts to successful vendors who will provide necessary hardware and software for physical security. Work will be performed at various sites throughout Baltimore County.

• 6/18/2025 - Pre-Proposal Meeting
• 7/2/2025 - Question Submission Deadline
• 7/9/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Baltimore County electrical license (Master or Restricted)
• Ability to provide two platinum Lenel certified technicians
• Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure
• One hour response time for service calls
• Four hour on-site support response

• Design and security assessment for building security systems
• Install and maintain Lenel access control systems
• Deploy CCTV surveillance systems with over 1700 cameras
• Integrate video surveillance with door access control systems
• Provide NVR/DVR installation and maintenance services
• Configure external and internal door access control systems
• Test all cable runs after installation and document results
• Maintain security systems with one-hour response time
• Provide yearly review of projects and service calls
• Create and maintain security system documentation and maintenance logs
