Buyer is seeking a professional Construction Management Firm to provide services for the Shuman Detention Center renovation Phase 2. The project involves renovating approximately 66,000 square feet of interior space, replacing the entire building roofing system, constructing a new entrance canopy, updating the building envelope, and implementing site improvements. The Construction Manager will work with an Integrated Design Team including Adelphoi, HDG Architects, and the Allegheny County Facilities Management Department.

• Manage renovation of 66,000 square feet of interior space
