• Develop comprehensive project schedule
• Estimate construction costs throughout project phases
• Create schematic designs and renderings within budget constraints
• Prepare preliminary through construction drawings and specifications
• Develop bidding documents for contractor selection
• Produce computer-generated renderings for stakeholder review
• Manage all engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, plumbing
• Design interior and exterior aesthetic modernization
• Remodel bathrooms and interior spaces
• Modify existing floorplan to create additional programming rooms
