Buyer requires options that will help achieve these goals in a cost-effective manner while implementing best-of-breed technologies and methodologies. The solution needs to serve approximately 16 distinct entities and 10,000 users.

• Implement managed Enterprise Disaster Recovery Solution
• Create more robust testing of protected systems
• Limit disruption of deployed technologies
• Streamline DR systems, plans and operations updates
• Provide modern solutions for test situations and actual disaster recovery
• Potentially expand backup data sets to include Cloud Hosted systems
• Develop managed DR methodology that improves existing processes
• Design technical DR workflow processes and diagrams
• Integrate with ETSS enterprise resources and customer agency teams
