San Benito Consolidated Independent School District

Buyer is seeking proposals for Cybersecurity services and equipment at 22 sites for its Cybersecurity Pilot Program application. The project implements a Zero Trust network model designed to enhance security by verifying device ownership, type, and user identity. Access to network resources will be granted only if devices meet predefined security requirements. The contract term is for 3 years, renewable each year, beginning on the date the final pilot application is approved by USAC.

  • Current FCC Red Light Display System Status of Green
  • Minimum 10 years experience in K-12 education markets
  • Minimum 5 years of E-Rate experience
  • Reference minimum of 3 similar sized projects
  • Hold valid current manufacturers certification
  • Have Certified Network Resources
  • Deploy Zero Trust network model across all district sites
  • Implement identity protection and authentication systems
  • Verify device ownership, type, and user identity
  • Install and configure secure network servers for ISE applications
  • Provide comprehensive training on implementation strategies and troubleshooting
  • Create quick-reference guides for common issues
  • Ensure users can only access necessary network sections
  • Configure security requirements for device network access
  • Integrate with existing district infrastructure
  • Provide 3-year warranty on installed equipment
