The provider will supply worldwide airline schedule data, origin and destination passenger demand data, and airline carrier statistics. Buyer requires unrestricted access to data including DOT Origin and Destination Data, TSA Throughput data, and market size data. The contract will be for approximately four years with two one-year extension options.

• 6/10/2025 - Mandatory Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference
• 6/17/2025 - Deadline for submitting questions
• 7/1/2025 - Addenda issued with responses to questions
• 7/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 8/5/2025 - Interviews
• 11/1/2025 - Anticipated effective date of agreement

• Registered with California Secretary of State
• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience within last 10 years
• Maintain required insurance and workers' compensation coverage

• Supply U.S. DOT Origin and Destination data (DB1B)
• Deliver U.S. DOT Onboard Data (T-100)
• Provide TSA Throughput data (local and national)
• Supply U.S. DOT Form 41 Data
• Deliver domestic and international market size data
• Provide airline performance tools showing activity and metrics
• Supply demographics map tool
• Furnish airport passenger leakage data
• Manage certification for restricted-release aviation economic information
