Buyer is seeking professional transportation planning and engineering services for Scholfield Road. The project includes a roadway conceptual analysis study and final engineering design for a 1.4-mile stretch from the Orange-Lake County Line to Avalon Road. Buyer requires design of a four-lane divided roadway with multimodal accommodations, drainage improvements, and intersection modifications. The project will be executed in two phases with public involvement throughout.

• 6/13/2025 - Pre-Proposal Conference
• 7/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Project Manager must be Professional Engineer registered in Florida
• Assistant Project Manager must be Professional Engineer registered in Florida
• Prime consultant must employ the Project Manager

• Conduct roadway conceptual analysis study for 1.4-mile stretch
• Provide final engineering design for four-lane divided roadway
• Develop multi-modal accommodations and drainage improvements
• Manage project in two phases: study and final design
• Conduct environmental/social impact analysis
• Perform geotechnical assessments including karst activity analysis
• Develop public involvement plan including LEP strategies
• Coordinate with multiple agencies including CFX and FDEP
• Prepare complete construction contract documents and specifications
• Design intersection improvements at CR 545 including signal modifications
