Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide geotechnical engineering and related professional services. The work includes preparation of geotechnical engineering reports, drawings, specifications, CAD details, contract documents, and regulatory documents along with materials testing. Selected firms will act as representatives of the buyer in coordinating programming, field inspections, materials testing, and surveys. The initial contract term is September 2025 to September 2027 with two potential two-year renewal options.

• Demonstrated competence in geotechnical engineering services
• Experience with materials testing and field investigations
• Licensed to provide geotechnical engineering services in Texas
• Previous experience with school districts in Texas

• Conduct field investigations at project sites
• Perform laboratory testing of soil and material samples
• Prepare geotechnical engineering reports of existing conditions
• Develop drawings, specifications, and CAD details
• Prepare contract and regulatory documents
• Coordinate necessary programming and field inspections
• Conduct materials testing for quality assurance
• Perform site surveys for project planning
• Develop quality control plans for contractor compliance
• Provide engineering services for foundation recommendations
