Buyer is seeking professional advertising services for Lively Technical College. Services include utilizing a media mix of outdoor, television, video, radio, print, direct mail, grassroots initiatives, web design, and social media. The goal is to increase awareness of LTC's workforce brand, boost enrollment numbers, and establish LTC as the leading institution for technical education in the region. The contract will be for three years with options to renew for up to two additional years.

• Duly licensed to conduct business in Florida
• Minimum three years experience providing comprehensive advertising/marketing services

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy
• Provide comprehensive website audit and development
• Create targeted advertising campaigns for college events
• Manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Produce videos highlighting programs and special events
• Design print materials including program cards and brochures
• Implement search engine optimization strategies
• Develop content calendar for marketing campaigns
• Conduct relationship building with media outlets
• Monitor analytics and provide performance reports
