Buyer seeks an independent Marketing and Communications Contractor with 4+ years of experience in arts and cultural marketing. The contractor will lead and support marketing initiatives to promote various arts and cultural programs. Buyer manages venues such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Denver Performing Arts Complex, and others. The contractor will develop strategic marketing plans, implement campaigns, create content, and manage digital platforms. Up to two positions will be awarded.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Four years professional experience in marketing and/or public relations
• Experience with research, analysis, public announcements, and marketing strategies

• Develop strategic marketing plans for arts venues and cultural programs
• Implement marketing campaigns highlighting the 'Good Times, For Good' model
• Create original content and storytelling across digital channels
• Manage website updates across multiple brands in WordPress
• Promote downtown arts-focused venues like Denver Performing Arts Complex
• Support Denver's Public Art Program with promotional materials
• Drive awareness for grants and agency funding opportunities
• Develop and enhance marketing collateral for web and print
• Add events to digital calendars and maintain websites
• Collaborate with internal teammates and external community organizations
