• Minimum two years experience within last five years providing comparable services for California public agency

• Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits of 50+ websites and 18,000+ webpages
• Remediate 26,000+ publicly available PDFs for ADA compliance
• Implement ARIA landmarks and resolve accessibility violations on webpages
• Add captioning for publicly available videos
• Enhance form error identification and reporting features
• Conduct user testing with 15+ participants with various disabilities
• Organize three community feedback sessions
• Establish ongoing accessibility feedback mechanism
• Provide employee training on creating accessible digital content
• Develop prioritized asset inventory with classification system
