Buyer seeks a vendor to provide Epic implementation resources and services for Wave II of their Electronic Health Record solution. The implementation will enhance the existing Epic system and extend it to additional Health Divisions including Aging and Disability Services, Behavioral Health Recovery Services, and others. The project involves supporting approximately 1,500 end users with implementation scheduled between September 2025 and October 2026. Buyer requires comprehensive implementation support including project management, technical guidance, training, and post-go-live support.

• Implementation experience with California Safety Net Public Hospitals with Epic EHR
• Providing similar services for minimum four years within last seven years
• Actively engaged in described services for past five years
• Must be in good standing with Epic
• Account manager with minimum two years experience in past five years

• Provide Epic implementation resources for Wave II implementation
• Support integration of additional functionalities into existing Epic system
• Implement Epic in additional Health Divisions including Behavioral Health
• Deliver project management and leadership for Epic implementation
• Provide clinical and revenue cycle application analyst support
• Offer technical guidance for Epic installation and configuration
• Assist with legacy system data migration
• Deliver training services for approximately 1,500 end users
• Conduct testing and quality assurance throughout implementation
• Provide post-go-live support for at least three months
