Buyer requires firms to follow professional standards including Government Auditing Standards and Global Internal Audit Standards. Services will help buyer assess effectiveness of operations, determine compliance with regulations, and identify opportunities for improvement across departments.

• 6/25/2025 - Question Submission Deadline
• 7/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Five years consecutive experience with audit services for government or commercial entities
• Assigned personnel must have minimum five years expertise in public sector

• Conduct performance audits to assess program effectiveness and efficiency
• Perform compliance audits to determine adherence to laws and regulations
• Execute information technology audits of system controls and security
• Conduct internal control audits based on COSO framework
• Perform forensic audits to identify potential fraudulent activities
• Conduct operational audits to optimize processes and reduce waste
• Prepare detailed audit programs with methodology and scope
• Submit biweekly status reports on audit progress
• Develop audit engagement letters outlining objectives and scope
• Prepare draft and final audit reports with classified findings
